Choose Your Plan
Three levels of protection, each with a monthly payment structure. Documents are prepared and executed on the schedule outlined below.
Base Plan
$1,500 total
Paid over 3 months. Documents drafted and executed upon completion of payment.

- Living Will (Advance Medical Directive)
- Power of Attorney
Mid-Level Plan
$6,000 total
$500 per month. After the initial $1,500 paid, document preparation begins. Completion and execution at the end of the payment plan.
- Power of Attorney

- Revocable Living Trust & Pour-Over Will
- Deed transfer (if trust includes property)
- County/state deed filing fees and title-agency judgment search billed separately.
Executive Plan
$12,000 total
$1,500 down + $500 per month over 21 months. Documents drafted and executed after the initial payment. Includes surety bond.
- Everything in the Mid-Level Plan
- Basic estate probate for your family
- Coordination with your chosen estate & finance professionals (beginning month 5)
- Executor guidance: death certificate, professional notification, probate filing, EIN application, debt payment, asset distribution
- Surety bond included
Optional Add-On
Keep your estate plan current as life changes.
Annual Review
Yearly check-in to update beneficiary names, contact information, and make minor document revisions so your plan reflects your current life.
