Heather N. Capp, Esq. is currently a managing attorney with Jersey Coast Family Law. Prior to joining the firm, Heather practiced family law with the firm Louis & Judge and later with Stolfe & Zeigler.
Prior to private practice, Heather served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sheldon R. Franklin, Ocean County Superior Court, Family Division.
Heather is certified in Mediation and Conciliation Skills. Heather is a member of the Monmouth Ocean Inns of Court, Family Division, Monmouth County Young Lawyers and the New Jersey and Monmouth County Bar Associations. Heather is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Heather is a graduate of Rutgers University and Albany Law School where she graduated with a concentration in Family and Elder Law.
